International name : Trametes versicolor
Turkey tail often grows on hardwood, from august to november. This mushroom is taken boiled in decoctions for its medicinal properties. These properties include being antioxidant, anti-cholesterol and immunomodulating.
Simmer in water for at least an hour.
Reccomended dosage : 5g per day
Dilute according to taste
