Fairy Ring Mushrooms with Parsley

350 g fairy rings
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp oil
2 tp parsley
Salt and pepper
Clean the fairy rings and remove the end of the stems.
If they are big, roughly chop them.
Peel and chop the garlic.
Let the oil heat in a large pan on high heat and add the fairy rings.
Sauté them until they release their water.
When the water has almost completely disappeared, reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking them for a few minutes.
Add the butter to the pan.
Once melted, add the garlic and parsley.
Mix together and heat for a minute.
Add salt and pepper.
Note: Serve quickly, the dish quickly loses its heat.
