Maitake Pesto

    200 g fresh maitake
    2 garlic cloves
    50g fresh parsley
    Salt and pepper

      Grind the fresh maïtake in a mixer.
      Simmer the mix at a low heat for 10 minutes.
      Add garlic, parsley (thinly chopped), salt and pepper.
      Tasty on pasta, crackers or roast meat.
