Porcini Umami Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

2 cups of cleaned pumkin seeds from a medium pumkin of 2-3kg
1 tbsp Cèpe umami (porcini powder and salt)
1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
Remove the seeds from a medium pumpkin (2–3 kg), then rinse and clean them well to remove any pumpkin pulp.
Pat the seeds dry with a clean towel or paper towel.
In a bowl, toss the 2 cups of cleaned pumpkin seeds with 1 tbsp of Cèpe Umami (porcini powder and salt) and 1 tbsp of olive oil until evenly coated.
Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Let cool before serving or storing in an airtight container.
