Stuffed Morels with Crab

12 medium sized morels (fresh or dried)
1 package (230 g) of flaked crab meat
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup of sunflower oil
2 tablespoon of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of chopped onion
2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of melted butter
In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, egg, sunflower oil, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and ½ of the breadcrumbs.
Rinse the fresh morels, and gently dry them; If using dried morels, soak them in lukewarm water for 20 mins, and pat them dry; Fill the inner chamber of the morels with the crab mix.
Mix the remaining breadcrumbs with melted butter and baste the morels with this mixture.
Place the morels in a cooking pan and cook in the oven for 15-20 min at 190° C.
Serve hot, and enjoy!
