Smoked Chanterelle Rub


Our signature smoked chanterelles ground and mixed with something sweet, a little heat, and a dash of perfect to add some sass to your chicken, tofu, pork, potatoes, fish, beef… just rub generously and fry or bake. Also excellent mixed with coconut milk as a marinade on any of the above.

Ingredients: Alderwood smoked wild chanterelle mushrooms*, oyster mushrooms, raw cane sugar, Spanish paprika, sea salt, chili flakes.

*These mushrooms are foraged, not farmed.
