Proposed Schedule:
9:30 am: Arrival at the site (transportation not included).
10:00 am: Begin walking in the forest with expert guides.
1:00 pm: Break to eat your lunch, identification of harvested species followed by a tasting opportunity. Continue walking, arriving back at the parking lot for a 3:00 departure. Return trip.
What to bring: your own lunch, water bottle, rain boots, knife, basket or knapsack, paper bags, bug spray and a camera (for all the memories!).
Less than 120 km from Montréal, the location of the excursion will only be disclosed a few days prior and will depend on weather conditions.
While we cannot guarantee it, we encourage you to communicate your carpooling needs or proposals with us as soon as possible. We will then facilitate the connection between interested parties. Additionally, we recommend having a Plan B in place for transportation.
Please inform us of any personal health issues that represent a risk while walking in the forest. The excursions are not adapted for people under 12 and requires a certain level of physical fitness. Dogs are not allowed.
