Oyster mushrooms marinated in oil and herbs

These mushrooms are ideal in tapas or on croutons. Sprinkle them on salads, meat, fish, seafood and grilled vegetables. They are sensational on pizzas or pasta, and are really tasty with terrines and pâtés.

Use the marinade to give flavor to grilled vegetables, pasta, salads or homemade vinaigrettes.
