This excursion is guided in French. However, if needed we are happy to answer questions and interact in English throughout the activity.
Located less than 120 km from Montreal, this full-day outdoor activity includes a guided forest walk starting at 9:30 AM, focusing on safe foraging and species identification. Participants will enjoy a break for lunch, a practical identification session for their harvested specimens, and a tasting opportunity.
Only 25 spots available — book early to secure your place!
Proposed Schedule:
9:30 am: Arrival at the site (transportation not included).
10:00 am: Begin walking in the forest with expert guides.
1:00 pm: Break to eat your lunch, identification of harvested species followed by a tasting opportunity. Continue walking, arriving back at the parking lot for a 3:00 pm departure. Return trip.
What to bring: your own lunch, water bottle, hiking shoes, knife, basket or knapsack, paper bags, bug spray and a camera (for all the memories!).
The location of the excursion will be communicated by email the Monday before the activity and is subject to change depending on weather and foraging conditions.
While we cannot guarantee it, we encourage you to communicate your carpooling needs or proposals with us as soon as possible. We will then facilitate the connection between interested parties. Please note that we recommend having a Plan B for transportation as no refunds will be issued.
