The Must-Have Oyster Mushroom Pesto


An ingenious blend of oyster mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes.

Really a must-have. Good with everything. Hot or cold. As an appetizer (on crackers or fresh/slightly grilled baguette with pesto or goat cheese), in pasta, rice, homemade pizza (with cheese on top, not underneath), with smoked salmon and trout (it replaces capers and onions), in an omelet, as chicken or fish seasoning in the oven, with spaghetti squash...

Ingredients: Oyster mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, canola oil, white wine, white wine vinegar, garlic, pepper, chili, thyme, salt.
